I will post as much as I can and hope others will post and share their experiences and knowledge. I wish that is all I had to do but it is not. I am one of the co-founders of Winco, Inc. in West Central Illinois. We are an ISP. That is, one of those companies that provides internet access to the public. We started in 1996 with local dial-up service in one small community. We now still provide dial-up service in three counties and also provide wireless internet service in 8 communities in those same three counties. So I don't get to garden sometimes when things need to be done. In addition to our ISP business we also have a couple of other websites we operate. One is Flyoverfolks.com which is a site where people can post links to web sites with information or news articles or events. Others can then in turn post comments and discussions about the articles or sites. Another site we operate is Musicgig.us. A site designed for musicians to advertise their own music or services or equipment. It also is a place for people to find musicians or bands and a place to buy and sell equipment. Our interest in running this site is several of us here are musicians and it is hard to make contact with other musicians in this rural area. So as you can see there often times is a lot to do. It is essential to budget my time so I can get things done in the garden when they need to be done. There is not much better eating than a fresh ear of corn or some tender green beans steamed to perfection. So that will only happen with timely attention out back in the garden.
